OUR CORE CLASSES

Our class schedule changes monthly to give people the opportunity to try other classes and to give exercise variation. Our core classes are below but we do offer new classes on going! All classes are 45 min!

FULL BODY HIIT

A 45 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. This class includes circuits that run anywhere from 30seconds-45 seconds.

Full Body exercises including strength training and cardiovascular moves in timed intervals.

BOOTY BUILD & ABS

FOCUSED Sculpting techniques to build your booty! 

45 minute circuit class guaranteed to build your glutes and work your abs!

ARMS WITH FINISHER

FOCUSED sculpting techniques to build a strong and defined upper body all in circuits. Get the heart rate up with  a high intensity FINISHER round at the end of each circuit.

LEAN MACHINES

Using our personal training/group training area- we will focus on using mainly machines and weights to build lean muscle.

Building lean muscle is key for raising metabolic rate and being able to burn more calories on a consistent basis

GET LEAN WITH MACHINES

SPIN HIIT

A great cardio workout.

3 Stations - 3 Rounds with the incorporation of spin exercises, weighted HIIT training, core and more.

SUPERSETS

Superset is the process of going back and forth between 2 exercises. In this class, each station consists of two exercises with a specific amount of reps and you superset those exercises for 2.5-3MIN.

A great calorie burner and a great way to build and burn out specific muscle groups.

NEW: Sweat, Vibe & Ride

Pedal to the beat with our new uplifting, high energy spin classes that we will be having at HB Fitness Studios! These cycle classes will be in regular format and also "club format during the evening and early mornings

COMING SOON: Healthy Body Pulse (W)

A pilates inspired workout that helps tone and strengthen your entire body. Challenge your body, your muscle and your balance with all body weight exercises on your mat.

We will also focus on lengthening your body and activating your core!

(W) Room is warmed to 26-27 degrees celcius.
